Course Overview

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about transitions—those in my own career and those happening all around me. I know firsthand how disorienting it can feel to stand at a crossroads, unsure of the next step but deeply aware that change is needed.

For many in the nonprofit and federal sectors, career transitions aren’t just about job titles. They’re about purpose. How do we continue making an impact when the landscape shifts? How do we redefine our work without losing the mission that drives us?

That’s why I created She Leads with Purpose—a five-week virtual program designed to help mission-driven professionals navigate career transitions with clarity and resilience. Each week during a virtual, live event at 1 pm ET on Tuesdays, we’ll focus on a key step in the journey:

📅 March 11Finding Your Purpose: Exploring Ikigai and reconnecting with what truly drives you (Background materials drop on March 6).
📅 March 18I Am Amazing: Documenting your successes through SOAR stories (Background materials drop on March 13).
📅 March 25Prepare to Broadcast: Crafting your communications strategy (Background materials drop on March 20).
📅 April 1Hello. My Name Is…: Building a networking approach that feels authentic (Background materials drop on March 27).
📅 April 8Keeping the Battery Charged: Creating a plan to manage stress and sustain momentum (Background materials drop on April 4).

This program isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about intentional reflection, community support, and taking action with confidence. If you’re at a career crossroads and looking for a space to think, plan, and connect, I’d love for you to join.
